- Group Media Consent: By participating in the trip, you consent to FlowOffbeat’s use of any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the journey for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and promotional materials.
- Responsibility and Risk: You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with travel, trekking, and hiking, including accidents, injuries, and unforeseen events. You accept full responsibility for any risks involved in participating in the trip, including those arising from the actions or negligence of others, natural hazards, and unpredictable circumstances.
- Code of Conduct: You commit to upholding a respectful and responsible demeanor throughout the trip, adhering to the rules and guidelines set forth by FlowOffbeat and its designated trip leaders. You understand that any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe may result in your removal from the trip without refund.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of disputes or disagreements during the trip, you agree to resolve them amicably and in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the trip takes place. You waive any claims against FlowOffbeat, its organizers, affiliates, or trip leaders for disputes, damages, or losses incurred during the trip.
- Health and Safety: You affirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in the planned activities of the trip. You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements to FlowOffbeat prior to the trip to ensure your health and safety.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled departure date.
- In the event of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of cancellation.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case customers will be offered alternative options or a full refund.
